SquidMax lights are custom built for the individual customer, according to the design of their boat, and the demands of how they will use it. Custom means cord lengths are variable for both fixture as well as ballast, weight of ballast in light is adjustable as well as color and wattage of light.

Squid Max lights use only top quality materiel in creating the fixture.  Water and oil resistant cords, Top manufacturers for bulbs providing the highest temperature in every color spectrum, and quality american made Ballasts.

SquidMax lights are available in

High Pressure Sodium (HPS) Orange

Metal Halide (MH) White, Green, or Blue

Available Wattage is 400W,1000W, or 2000W

400 watts is the most economical size to run.  400 Watts provides an incredible amount of light underwater, while still allowing you to work the bait you attract and not spreading it out where it is difficult to net.

400 Watt SquidMax lights are easily run off of a medium sized inverter or a generator as small as 1000 watts.

The 400W Ballast will draw approximately 3 amps at 120V.

The standard model 400 watt  light measures 18 long 2 in diameter, has a 20 ft power cord (standard 120 Volt -3 prong grounded plug), full length polycarbonate vented bulb protection tube, and is weighted 4 pounds negative.

Ballast box has 10 ft power cord and a 2 ft pigtail for light connection. Ballast box is splash proof and measures 8 in x 6 in x 9 in high.

All Squidmax lights a warranted for a full year on craftsmanship.
